History

iADS grew out of an online clinical forum called Perio-Implant, created by Dr. Alan Farber to allow specialists to discuss complex cases and share clinical insight.

Over time the forum generated more than 28,000 posts, revealing how often the most challenging cases require collaboration among multiple specialties.

Recognizing the need for a broader interdisciplinary community, iADS was established to bring specialists together for case discussions, education, and professional collaboration.

Today iADS connects specialists across disciplines and countries who share a commitment to advancing specialty dentistry and improving patient care.
